Rules For Bidding
Online electronic submittal of bids (proposals) is encouraged, and these bids will be considered priority for all awards. The Inland Commercial Property Management, Inc. (ICPM) reserves the right to accept, or reject, any or all bids resulting from a "request for bid", or a non-solicited submittal of a bid. ICPM reserves the right to waive any irregularities in the bidding, when deciding awards. ICPM does not accept liability for bids not received, or received late, due to online electronic submittal failure, or any other delivery failure.

Questions and inquiries pertaining to this Request for Proposal shall be emailed, at least 48 hours before the closing date-time.

Join Our Contractor Network

Inland Real Estate Corporation currently owns interests in and manages 146 retail properties in eleven states, with approximately 14 million square feet of real estate totaling $1.7 billion in assets. By joining our contractor network, your company will have access to most of our Inland Real Estate properties.

Only registered and approved contractors have the ability to bid on new proposals and receive emails notifications on upcoming projects.  Each approved contractor has free access to our online Request for Proposals bidding system to submit bids and review complete project details such as project scope, bidding criteria, site locations, site plans and contact information.   If you are interested in listing your company in our contractor directory, please complete the following registration form.
